Refund and Cancellation Policy
1. Overview
This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) applies to all paid advertising campaigns placed through the Hyperhood platform (“Ads”). By submitting an Ad booking, you agree to the terms outlined below.
2. Definitions
Ad Start Date: The date and time when your Ad campaign is scheduled to go live on Hyperhood.
Live Ad: An Ad that has begun displaying on Hyperhood, as of its Ad Start Date.
3. Cancellation & Refund Eligibility
Before Ad Start Date
You may request cancellation of your Ad campaign at any time prior to the Ad Start Date.
Upon cancellation, you will receive a full refund of any fees paid, minus any payment processing charges incurred by Hyperhood.
On or After Ad Start Date
Once an Ad is live (i.e., on or after its Ad Start Date), cancellation is not permitted.
No refunds or credits will be issued for live or completed Ad campaigns under any circumstances.
4. How to Cancel
To cancel your Ad before it goes live send an email to helpdesk@iconappcom.in
5. Refund Processing
Refunds are issued via the original payment method.
Processing time: 5–7 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
Any third-party transaction fees or currency-conversion charges are non-refundable.
6. Changes to This Policy
Hyperhood reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting the updated Policy on our website. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
